Looks like Apple is busy working on the new iPad Mini 4 tablet for release later this year. Leakster OnLeaks today published images of an alleged iPad Mini 4 case that reveals some clues about the tablet’s design.
For the most part, the iPad Mini 4 seems to be nearly identical to its predecessor as far as the design goes. There only minor difference seems to be the fact that the iPad Mini 4 case doesn’t seem to have a cutout for the mute switch.
While you may not expect any major design changes with the new iPad Mini 4, earlier rumors have talked about some major hardware differences between it and the previous gen iPad Mini 3. The iPad Mini 4 will allegedly be powered by the more powerful Apple A8X chipset and support the newer Wi-Fi 802.11ac connectivity standard.
The iPad Mini 4 should be released by Apple by fall this year, just like last year.
